Scandal
(Japanese band)
Scandal,
is
an all-female Japanese rock band from Osaka. Its formed in August 2006 by four
high school girl, they played live street performances until they were noticed
and signed to the indie label Kitty Records. In 2008, they released three
singles and a mini-album while performing shows in the United States, France,
and Hong Kong. That October, Scandal release their major debut single, “Doll”,
under Epic records Japan.
The band has performed the theme songs for many
anime, including “Shojo S” and “Harukaze” for Bleach and “Shunkan Sentimental”
for Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood. With numerous overseas performances and
anime theme song, Scandal has built a considerable international fanbase.

The member of the band is Haruna Ono, Mami Sasazaki,
Tomomi Ogawa, Rina Suzuki. First, Haruna Ono, she is lead vocals, secondary
guitarist. Born August 10, 1988 and hometown in Aichi, Japan. The type of the
guitar that she used is Squier

The second one is Mami Sasazaki. She is the lead
guitarist and secondary vocals. She born in May 21, 1990. The hometown is

And the third one is Tomom Ogawa. She is the bassist
and she also the lead vocal of the band. She born at May 31, 1990 and her
hometown is Hyogo, Japan. The guitar bass that she used is Fender American
Standard Precision Bass (2010–), Fender Deluxe Active Precision Bass (2012–),
Ernie Ball Music Man 20th Anniversary StingRay Bass (2013–), Fender American
Deluxe Jazz Bass (2008–), Squier Tomomi Jazz Bass (2012–), Yamaha BB2024X

The last member is Rina Suzuki. She is the durmmer,
keyboardist, guitarist, and secondary vocals. She born in August 21, 1991 and
her hometown is Nara, Japan. The durm that she used is Pearl Masters Premium
Legend Series (2013–), Pearl Masters Premium Maple Series 4-Ply (2010–2013). The
type of the keyboard that she used is Roland Juno-D, Roland Juno-G, Sequential
Circuits Prophet-5.
