The existing training facilities should be upgraded and expanded. Selection of players for national and international games should be fair. Participation in sports and games will improve the overall health of the nation and its citizens.

Badminton Games Can Help People To Maintain And Improve The Aspect Of Our Lives Skill

Today, people often argue that playing badminton are only important for physical health. In my opinion badminton are always important for physical and psychological heatlh, although some sports are special for develop mental skills and others physical skills both can represented an opportunity to develop social features.

Firstly, What is the physical benefits with playing badminton? According to NurtiStrategy, a 155 pound individual will burn approximately 317 calories per hour with playing the badminton. That means playing badminton frequently can help to increase your level of physical fitness to  improves coordination, flexibility and balance because of the agility that is required to aim correctly and move to hit the birdie when it comes to your side of the court. The actions required to play badminton also help to exercise the gluteus maximus, abdominal and dorsal muscles, and to reinforce the joints. The game can help to improve endurance, as it is a form of aerobic exercise. For example, you will be moving quickly on the court and  your heart  rate is up and it will help you to burn the calories.

Secondly, Why badminton can give psychological benefits ? Because badminton promotes physical fitness, it can helps the people to reduce stress and anxiety. Exercise increases endorphins, which are the brain is feel good neurotransmitters, and has also been found to improve mood and sleep. Badminton is also likely to put you in a good mood because it is a social activity. You will need at least one opponent, but you can also play with a teammate and two other opponents. The social interactions of a game, combined with feel good endorphins, will result in positive feelings after a session on the court. For example, if you play outside during a morning, you will have the added bonus of vitamin D exposure from the sun as well.

In addition, badminton is an easy hobby to adopt. Many cities have special badminton clubs that anyone can join. If you already belong to a gym, check to see if there are badminton courts in the facility. As badminton grows in popularity, more and more gyms are adding courts to their lists of membership perks. If you do not belong to a gym, you also have the option. For example, you can  buy a badminton set, which usually includes rackets, a net and birdies. The set can be constructed anywhere  in your backyard, or in a park.

Last but not least, badminton also need to taking precautions to play. It is also like any physical activity and badminton must be played with carefully. Because of the quick nature of the game, make sure you protect your ankles, which are easy to sprain when moving quickly. Individuals with tendinitis and contusions should not participate in the game, and everyone who plays should be aware that they may experience soreness in the shoulders and deltoid muscles after an intense game.

Finally, badminton games that have many benefits about there and it is help to develop social, mental, psychological and physical skills. Therefore the badminton is a good games because that can help to maintain and improve the aspect of our lives skill.

Exotic fruits.

Malaysia is a country that rich in agricultural produce, including exotic fruits. There are a variety of exotic fruits that are difficult to find unless when in season. For example, there are several types of fruit such as engkalak fruit, dabai fruit, pakon fruit, terap fruit and so on. That fruits only can we have when in season. The following are some types of fruit to be told that there are in Sarawak.
Engkalak fruit, pink in color and this fruit was from a wild plant. It was a favorites dish to Sarawak people and actually this fruit is more to vegetable type rather than fruits like papaya or watermelon. Thus, people usually eat it together with their lunch or dinner. Before we want to eat that, we should to soak them in the warm and salty water until the fruits are soft enough to consume. Actually that fruit are softly itself, but without some simple process like soak them in the warm and salty water, they are still not suitable to eat. This fruit just has a little smell but it tastes mild sweet. When we applied with salt, it tastes a bit salty with little sweet just nice as dishes but delicious. Engkalak is a seasonal fruit, that is mean it just a certain time in a year to have chance to taste it and usually it is almost the same season with durian.
Dabai fruit is rich in antioxidant supplement to body health. Dabai are white in color when immature and will turn in black when ripe. They are oblong in shape like an olive and have thin and edible skin. The yellowish white flesh wraps around a seed. Before we want to eat dabai, soak the dabai in hot water until they are soft. The yellowish flesh tastes are creamy. We can preserve it just by soaking them with soy sauce or with salt without the seed. The best thing that comes out from this fruit is the nut inside the seed. Crack it open with a mortar and pestles set to get the nuts inside. At Sarawak, this fruit also used to special dish like fried rice with dabai that are very famous to Sarawak people.
If we first time see this fruit, we will think this fruit is durian. Actually this fruit are not durian but we called pakon or pakan fruit. Pakon fruit is easy to open, no need to use knife. It has smell like durian but not too smelly. Actually pakon is like durian but it color was orange. When we eat pakon, we will not get all fingers dirty as when we eat durian. The taste is creamy and delicious. Pakon is cheaper than durian and this fruit is seasonal. We only can have this fruit only once a year.
Lastly, this fruit is like jackfruit but not. This fruit we called terap fruit. It is contents yellowish white and taste is too sweet. To open this fruit is very easy does not require a knife, just open with our fingers. Terap fruit peeled and eaten fresh also can be made fritters or porridge. Terap also may be used to make delicious dish like curry. The seed of this fruit also can eat, just fried that seed and it tastes like nut.
Whatever exotic fruit in Malaysia, we should protect this exotic fruit and have knowledge to handle this exotic fruit. It is because these exotic fruit usually almost seasonal and difficult to have it. We should have some technology to keep this fruit in long time without change any taste and shape.

How sport can release stress

Life is filled with a variety of things, whether good or bad, positive or negative. It is all a part and parcel of life. Without the pressure of life we certainly did not mean. Many people who try to not put themselves in a stressful situation. Pressure is not required because it came uninvited. Stress can finalize thought surely trigger actions that will be used as a coloring life experience. Different people have different ways to reduce stress, but the most effective is playing sport.
Exercise happens to be one of the best ways to reduce stress. Stress causes your body build up extra energy, preparing it for fight or else. Exercise burns energy and reduces your stress levels. Exercise metabolizes stress hormones in your blood and increases levels of your body’s built in anti-anxiety hormones, making you feel calmer. Exercise also can make you more efficient and energetic, so that you feel less overwhelmed by stresses you do face. For example, just walking regularly can increase the level of beta-endorphins and brain – derived neurotrophic factors (both groups are neurotransmitters or hormones that help the body feel pleasure or increase memory) in the brain, decrease anxiety and tension, and elevates one’s mood. In addition, all exercise helps divert energy from worrying and anxiety.
In addition, whether you are building muscle or stamina, all types of exercise relaxes tense muscles and tissue. These can strongly contribute to stress-related aches and pains such as neck or back pains and headaches. Exercise is also particularly good when it’s competitive. This will enable to raise your game to a higher performance level that you would otherwise achieve. Try a sport with an opponent such as tennis or badminton, or a situation where you can set up a race against someone else, such as cycling, swimming or even power walking with a friend.
But whatever exercise you try, you will soon discover its major benefit is that it allows you to forget your problems. Exercise helps you to shed the day’s irritations and the focus you place on your feel good exercise results in higher energy levels and optimism can help you feel clearer and calmer. Not only do you become completely absorbed in what you are doing at the time. But the positive endorphins that exercise releases will also help you maintain a more positive outlook afterwards.
Exercise is a great stress modular. Stress is anything you say it is, and we all feel it differently. The things that stress me out may not be worrisome to you at all. Whatever the cause of your stress reaction, it is the healthy mode of operation for your brains, and it was designed to give our brains the tools to function during the fight or flight state. When we experience stress, our brains are aroused by adrenaline and focused by the release of dopamine.
When stress become overwhelming or chronic, however, it can start to erode the neural pathways that keep our mind connected. The continual release of stress hormones is detrimental to our brains and bodies alike. It is thought that chronic exercise decreases stress by raising the physical and mental stress threshold, elevating self-esteem, and stimulating the release of brain derived neurotropic factor (BDNF), which increases brain plasticity and neuron growth and combats the effects of chronic cortisol exposure.

Food you must eat when you are at Sarawak.

Sarawak, known as ‘Bumi Kenyalang’, is the one of two Malaysian states on the island of Borneo, the third largest island in the world, and north of the Equator. Sarawak not only has different races, nationalities and religions, even Sarawak also have different kinds of food. Here we want to suggest some food that should we try, when we are at the capital city of Sarawak.
First, when we hear about Sarawak, automatically we remembered about Sarawak Layer Cake. At Sarawak, Sarawak Layered Cake are food that become a symbolic in Sarawak and is the one of the art food introduced by the old generation of Sarawak. The main advantage of Layerred Cake is a package of motif and pattern combined with a unique and delicious taste, in addition the texture are quite moist but solid. Besides, it is also versatile and can be served for various functions, not only for major festivals such as Hari Raya, Chinese New Year, Gawai Dayak, Deepavali and so on, even for engagement gifts and goodies.
Another dish at Sarawak is Laksa Sarawak. Laksa Sarawak is quite spicy but delicious. This dish is actually vermicelli in a thick soup of spices, lots of seafood, chicken and sliced of omellette. Coming back to the main focus, we want to explore a little bit about this laksa. Laksa Sarawak is a tradisional food of Sarawak and usually served at the various functions or even as a daily meal. Laksa Sarawak has also been commercialized with the sale of laksa paste on the market.
Umai, this raw dish is unique to Sarawak and especially the Melanau people who lived on the coast. It is tradisionally made with fish or prawns. The most important thing to make Umai is to use fresh produce since no cooking is involved. What makes Umai different is addition of lemongrass, chillies, ginger and garlic. Umai are work very well as an appetizer and easy to prepare, it takes less than 30 minutes.
Manok Pansoh is famous food too in Sarawak. Manok Pansoh or chicken cooked in bamboo are food of Iban most preferred. Bamboo is used to cook the chicken gives a distinctive flavor to the food. To prepare it the same as a bamboo cylinder in the peninsular. ‘Manok’ means chicken and ‘Pansoh’ means cooked in bamboo. In Iban also known as the ‘Bird Pansoh’ or ‘Bird Cache’. Manok Pansoh very valuable and suitable to be eaten at breakfast, lunch, dinner or even at any time. It will be taste better if eaten with glutinous rice. How does the technology helps student in learning?

Nowadays, information technology has made more users – friendly internet media which use graphics, animation, text, audio and video into a web page. Educational technology is the combination of processes and tools involved in addressing the needs and problems of education, with emphasis on the application of the latest tools which is computer and related technology. Educational technology is a field of practice and ethical practices to facilitate and enhance the effectiveness of teaching and learning through production, use and management of resources and appropriate technology process.
There are many benefit of technology that effect on student and such as they can save time and energy to copy the note that the teacher gives. They can use a laptop or tabloid to copy the note given or they can snap a picture of the note. The other one is they can access the information that they did not in the internet such as in the “Google” or in other website. The third one is when the student absent, they can catch up the subject by using online learning system from their home. It’s also can help in protecting the environment. The government can save the tree to make new paper to publish new book and copybook. Moreover, the teacher can teach efficiency to the student. They can use wide-screen television or projector to teach the students better. So that students do not get boring in the class.
Technology based teaching is usually more interesting because we can incorporate elements of color, sound and movement. Some students are very weak to remember facts, but enough to remember things by movement or by using a mind map. As example of children who attended primary school, sometimes performing in the book that served not so attractive and quickly make them bored. On the contrary, with the technology, teachers can be more creative in teaching a variety of ways such as incorporating elements of sounds and colors that appeal to more easily understood by students. In addition, the teacher can also use the video in the delivery of information to students. For example, students do not understand tables in mathematics, with technologies the trainers can design a cartoon video and insert elements or others to make students more interest in memorizing and remembering the multiplication tables. Teachers and students can also playback repeatedly to revise and others.
Besides, the students hear instruction no matter where they sit because the audio system’s flat panel speaker projects the teacher’s voice evenly across the classroom, every desk becomes a good place for students to hear and learn. Teachers are able to quickly get a student’s attention from across the room and do not have to repeat themselves when giving instructions. Students learn more from each other. With more emphasis on reciprocal teaching which is student to student, hearing each other is critical. With the student handheld microphone, even the quietest child can be heard. Teachers tell them love the microphones and wait patiently to use them.
Technology can be the great equalizer in a classroom with diverse learners. Whereas teachers can find it difficult to differentiate instruction for 30+ students in one class, all with different needs and abilities, “assistive technology” (devices and software to assist students with disabilities) can often help teachers personalize lessons and skills enhancement to each child. A child with learning disabilities often have better technology skills than their teachers and are drawn to computers and other gadgets, so using them in the classroom makes perfect sense. For children with physical disabilities, technology can give access to learning opportunities previously closed to them. E-readers help students turn book pages without applying dexterity, and voice adaptive software can help students answer questions without needing to write. Computers are engaging and more advanced than the typical modified lesson allows. The widely-used teacher education textbook Educating Exceptional Children has a special section in each chapter focused on assistive technology explaining how it is used with exceptionalities ranging from giftedness to autism.
In addition to helping educational institutions reach out to new students and communities, attract the best faculty, enrich coursework, and create an immersive learning environment, collaboration tools are helping to facilitate better management of campus infrastructure, streamline operations, drive energy and building efficiencies, contain costs, and increase the safety and security of the institutions. Combined with good architecture, relevant applications and efficient services, they help to provide a dynamic collaborative learning platform to both physical and virtual groups. Education is fundamentally a collaborative and interactive endeavor and the intervention of technology can make learning more efficient. In order to provide enhanced learning experiences educational institutions can blend audio, video, web collaboration, and instant messaging (IM) tools to create comprehensive distance learning solutions. When integrated into a single platform, they unlock a world of new opportunities for learning among students and staff bringing about innovation and media literacy.
Our students Hear,Learn and Achieve when we learn about the benefits of classroom audio systems,we realized every classroom in our community needed the technology.Children hear instruction no matter where they sit.Because the audio system's flat panel speaker projects the teacher's voice evenly across the classroom, every desk becomes a good place for students to hear and learn.Teachers are able to quickly get a student's attention from across the room and don't have to repeat themselves when giving instructions. So,No more "teacher voice".When teachers raise their voices to be heard,it often results in vocal-strain related absences or just plain old exhaustion at the end of the day. When they wear the small infrared microphone around their neck, teachers can speak normally and still be heard throughout the room.Actually we understand from this line that students pay better attention and stay on task.Students listen and engage more readily when they can hear.Teachers report fewer off task behaviors resulting in easier classroom management, increased instructional time and better academic outcomes for students.
Moreover, students learn more from each other with more emphasis on reciprocal teaching, hearing each other is critical. With the student handheld microphone, even the quietest child can be heard.Teachers tell us children love the microphones and wait patiently to use them. Then, maximizing tools like videos and music.Using multimedia not only helps keep children engaged, but it's an important part of today's reading curriculum. Our teachers are able to hook up their laptops or personal electronic devices to the speaker, and their voices are still being heard clearly over the music or video. We started the Hear to Learn project because we knew that it was vital for children to hear their teachers and each other.
